N&aacute;zov je mierne zav&aacute;dzaj&uacute;ci, preto&#382;e nejde o z&aacute;pal pobru&scaron;nice (&#269;i&#382;e peritonea), ale o z&aacute;pal ciev (vaskulit&iacute;da). Klinick&eacute; pr&iacute;znaky FIP sa v&scaron;ak &#269;asto prejavuj&uacute; vo forme z&aacute;palu pobru&scaron;nice. V&iacute;rus FIP nap&aacute;da v&scaron;ak aj pohrudnicu &ndash; z toho d&ocirc;vodu je niekedy choroba ozna&#269;ovan&aacute; tie&#382; ako Infek&#269;n&aacute; ma&#269;acia polyserozit&iacute;da (Feline infectious polyserositis).&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fipwarriors.eu\/en\/glossary\/fip\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">FIP<\/a> and reasons for their persistence during treatment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>P&ocirc;vod FIP v&yacute;potkov.<\/strong> V&yacute;potky pri vlhkej FIP poch&aacute;dzaj&uacute; z mal&yacute;ch ciev (<a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;venula &ndash; &#382;ilka. Krevn&iacute; c&eacute;va navazuj&iacute;c&iacute; na kapil&aacute;ru. Priestory okolo t&yacute;chto ciev obsahuj&uacute; &scaron;pecifick&yacute; typ <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Makrof&aacute;g je bu&#328;ka p&#345;irozen&eacute; imunity, kter&aacute; hraje velmi d&#367;le&#382;itou roli v imunitn&iacute; reakci. Jedn&aacute; se o z&aacute;stupce mononukle&aacute;r&#367;, tj. bun&#283;k s jedn&iacute;m, nesegmentovan&yacute;m j&aacute;drem.Makrof&aacute;g vznik&aacute; p&#345;em&#283;nou z monocyt&#367;. Ty jsou tvo&#345;eny v kostn&iacute; d&#345;eni z kmenov&eacute; hemopoetick&eacute; bu&#328;ky a jsou vyplavov&aacute;ny do krevn&iacute;ho ob&#283;hu. Monocyty koluj&iacute; v krvi asi 8 hodin, pot&eacute; vstupuj&iacute; do tk&aacute;n&iacute; a tam se m&#283;n&iacute; na makrof&aacute;gy. Tk&aacute;&#328;ov&eacute; makrof&aacute;gy pak vykazuj&iacute; &#269;etnou heterogenitu v z&aacute;vislosti na tk&aacute;ni. Mezi tk&aacute;&#328;ov&eacute; makrof&aacute;gy pat&#345;&iacute; Kupfferovy bu&#328;ky, histiocyty, osteoklasty &#269;i mikroglie.Aby se monocyt p&#345;em&#283;nil na makrof&aacute;g, mus&iacute; prob&#283;hnout n&#283;kolik krok&#367;. Zv&#283;t&scaron;uje se velikost bu&#328;ky, zvy&scaron;uje se po&#269;et lysozom&#367;, receptor&#367; pro imunoglobulin IgG a zvy&scaron;uje se jeho schopnost fagocyt&oacute;zy.Z&aacute;kladn&iacute; funkc&iacute; makrof&aacute;gu je fagocyt&oacute;za. K dal&scaron;&iacute;m funkc&iacute;m pat&#345;&iacute; prezentace antigenu T-lymfocyt&#367;m, &#345;&iacute;zen&iacute; hemopo&eacute;zy, hemost&aacute;zy a hojen&iacute; ran, regulace z&aacute;n&#283;tu, destrukce mikroorganism&#367;, odstra&#328;ov&aacute;n&iacute; mrtv&yacute;ch bun&#283;k a cytotoxick&aacute; reakce.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fipwarriors.eu\/en\/glossary\/makrofag\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">makrof&aacute;gov<\/a>, ktor&eacute; poch&aacute;dzaj&uacute; z progenitorov monocytov, ktor&eacute; neust&aacute;le recirkuluj&uacute; medzi krvn&yacute;m obehom, interstici&aacute;lnymi priestormi okolo ven&uacute;l, aferentnou lymfou, region&aacute;lnymi lymfatick&yacute;mi uzlinami a sp&auml;&#357; do krvn&eacute;ho obehu. &#270;al&scaron;ie miesta tejto recirkul&aacute;cie sa nach&aacute;dzaj&uacute; v mening&aacute;ch, ependyme mozgu a uve&aacute;lnom trakte o&#269;&iacute;. Mal&aacute; &#269;as&#357; t&yacute;chto monocytov sa vyvinie na nezrel&eacute; makrof&aacute;gy (<a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Monocyt je druh b&iacute;l&eacute; krvinky, agranulocyt, kter&yacute; tvo&#345;&iacute; 3-8 % leukocyt&#367; perifern&iacute; krve. Monocyty jsou velk&eacute;, jednojadern&eacute; bu&#328;ky s nev&yacute;razn&#283; zbarven&yacute;m kulat&yacute;m nebo excentrick&yacute;m bun&#283;&#269;n&yacute;m j&aacute;drem, kter&eacute; m&aacute; charakter jemn&eacute; retikul&aacute;rn&iacute; s&iacute;&#357;ky.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Monocyty jsou nejv&#283;t&scaron;&iacute; krvinky, kter&eacute; se fyziologicky nach&aacute;zej&iacute; v krvi. Vznikaj&iacute; v kostn&iacute; d&#345;eni ze separ&aacute;tn&iacute; v&yacute;vojov&eacute; linie primitivn&iacute;ch b&iacute;l&yacute;ch krvinek (retikul&aacute;rn&iacute;ch bun&#283;k), prekurzorov&aacute; bu&#328;ka se naz&yacute;v&aacute; monoblast, ze kter&eacute; se p&#345;es stadium promonocytu diferencuje monocyt. Ten v krvi koluje asi 8 hodin, pot&eacute; p&#345;estupuje do tk&aacute;n&iacute;, je&scaron;t&#283; se zv&#283;t&scaron;&iacute; a st&aacute;v&aacute; se z n&#283;j makrof&aacute;g.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Monocyt je v perifern&iacute; krvi v podstat&#283; ne&uacute;&#269;inn&yacute; a jedn&aacute; se tedy o prekurzor makrof&aacute;gu nebo taky nezral&yacute; makrof&aacute;g. Laicky &#345;e&#269;eno, hlavn&iacute; funkc&iacute; cirkulace monocyt&#367; v krvi je tvo&#345;it z&aacute;sob&aacute;rnu makrof&aacute;g&#367; pro pot&#345;eby v&scaron;ech tk&aacute;n&iacute; v t&#283;le. V p&#345;&iacute;pad&#283; vzniku imunitn&iacute; odpov&#283;di organismu na antigen a n&aacute;sledn&eacute; pot&#345;eby makrof&aacute;g&#367; se m&#367;&#382;e zvy&scaron;ovat procentu&aacute;ln&iacute; zastoupen&iacute; monocyt&#367; v krvi. Stav je ozna&#269;ov&aacute;n jako monocyt&oacute;za. Tento jev m&aacute; diagnostick&yacute; v&yacute;znam p&#345;i hematologick&eacute;m vy&scaron;et&#345;en&iacute;.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fipwarriors.eu\/en\/glossary\/momocyty\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">monocyt<\/a>\/makrof&aacute;g) a nakoniec na rezidentn&eacute; makrof&aacute;gy. Makrof&aacute;gy nepretr&#382;ite vyh&#318;ad&aacute;vaj&uacute; infekcie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FIPV vznik&aacute; mut&aacute;ciou z ma&#269;acieho enterick&eacute;ho koronav&iacute;rusu (FECV) pr&iacute;tomn&eacute;ho v lymfoidn&yacute;ch tkaniv&aacute;ch a lymfatick&yacute;ch uzlin&aacute;ch v dolnej &#269;asti &#269;reva. Mut&aacute;cia men&iacute; bunkov&yacute; <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;afinita &#269;i pohyb k nie&#269;omu, preferencie &#269;i zameranie k ur&#269;itej &scaron;trukt&uacute;re alebo org&aacute;nu. Tropizmus charakterizuje niektor&eacute; v&iacute;rusy, napr. lymfotropismus EB v&iacute;rus, neurotropizmus v&iacute;rus japonskej encefalit&iacute;dy.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fipwarriors.eu\/en\/glossary\/tropismus\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">tropizmus<\/a> FECV z enterocytov na makrof&aacute;gy peritone&aacute;lneho typu. Monocyty\/makrof&aacute;gy sa zdaj&uacute; by&#357; prv&yacute;m typom buniek, ktor&eacute; s&uacute; infikovan&eacute;. T&aacute;to infekcia sp&ocirc;sob&iacute;, &#382;e viac monocytov opust&iacute; krvn&yacute; obeh a za&#269;ne sa ich premena na makrof&aacute;gy, ktor&eacute; pokra&#269;uj&uacute; v cykle infekcie <sup>[2]<\/sup>. Monocyty\/makrof&aacute;gy nepodliehaj&uacute; programovanej bunkovej smrti, ako sa zvy&#269;ajne o&#269;ak&aacute;va, ale pokra&#269;uj&uacute; vo svojom dozrievan&iacute; na ve&#318;k&eacute; makrof&aacute;gy nalo&#382;en&eacute; v&iacute;rusom. Tieto ve&#318;k&eacute; makrof&aacute;gy nakoniec podliehaj&uacute; programovanej bunkovej smrti (apopt&oacute;ze) a uvo&#318;&#328;uj&uacute; ve&#318;k&eacute; mno&#382;stvo v&iacute;rusu, ktor&yacute; potom infikuje nov&eacute; monocyty\/makrof&aacute;gy <sup>[1]<\/sup>. Infikovan&eacute; monocyty\/makrof&aacute;gy a makrof&aacute;gy produkuj&uacute; nieko&#318;ko l&aacute;tok (<a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Cytokin (podobn&yacute; term&iacute;n interleukin) je ozna&#269;en&iacute; pro skupinu men&scaron;&iacute;ch sign&aacute;ln&iacute;ch protein&#367;, &uacute;&#269;astn&iacute;c&iacute;ch se v&yacute;znamn&#283; v imunitn&iacute; odpov&#283;di. Cytokiny jsou produkov&aacute;ny bu&#328;kami imunitn&iacute;ho syst&eacute;mu (makrof&aacute;gy, T-lymfocyty, atp.) a jsou schopn&eacute; navodit nap&#345;&iacute;klad rychl&eacute; d&#283;len&iacute; a diferenciaci ur&#269;it&yacute;ch typ&#367; bun&#283;k, kter&eacute; se &uacute;&#269;astn&iacute; boje proti patogen&#367;m, p&#345;&iacute;padn&#283; dal&scaron;&iacute; rysy imunitn&iacute; obrany.V ur&#269;it&eacute;m slova smyslu cytokiny nemus&iacute; b&yacute;t produkov&aacute;ny pouze b&iacute;l&yacute;mi krvinkami a v&yacute;znam slova se roz&scaron;i&#345;uje na v&scaron;echny mal&eacute; sign&aacute;ln&iacute; proteiny; term&iacute;n interleukin se v tom p&#345;&iacute;pad&#283; pou&#382;&iacute;v&aacute; pro sign&aacute;ln&iacute; molekuly vylu&#269;ovan&eacute; b&iacute;l&yacute;mi krvinkami.&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fipwarriors.eu\/en\/glossary\/cytokin\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">cytok&iacute;nov<\/a>), ktor&eacute; sprostredk&uacute;vaj&uacute; intenzitu z&aacute;palu (ochorenie) aj imunitu (rezistenciu) <sup>[1,2]<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z&aacute;pal spojen&yacute; s FIP vedie k trom typom zmien vo venul&aacute;ch. Prv&yacute;m je strata integrity cievnej steny, mikrokrv&aacute;canie a &uacute;nik plazmatick&eacute;ho prote&iacute;nu bohat&eacute;ho na aktivovan&eacute; faktory zr&aacute;&#382;ania a aktiv&aacute;cie komplementu a &#271;al&scaron;ie z&aacute;palov&eacute; prote&iacute;ny. Druh&yacute; typ po&scaron;kodenia zah&#341;&#328;a tromb&oacute;zu a zablokovanie prietoku krvi. Tretie po&scaron;kodenie sa vyskytuje v chronickej&scaron;&iacute;ch pr&iacute;padoch a zah&#341;&#328;a fibr&oacute;zu (zjazvenie) okolo ciev. Vari&aacute;cie v t&yacute;chto troch udalostiach ur&#269;uj&uacute; mno&#382;stvo a zlo&#382;enie v&yacute;potkov pod&#318;a &scaron;tyroch Starlingov&yacute;ch s&iacute;l, ktor&eacute; ur&#269;uj&uacute; pohyb tekut&iacute;n medzi krvn&yacute;m obehom a interstici&aacute;lnymi priestormi <sup>[3]<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasick&yacute; v&yacute;potok pri vlhkej FIP vznik&aacute; najm&auml; v d&ocirc;sledku ak&uacute;tneho po&scaron;kodenia cievnych stien a &uacute;niku plazmy do interstici&aacute;lnych priestorov a nakoniec do telesn&yacute;ch dut&iacute;n. Prote&iacute;n uniknut&yacute; do interstici&aacute;lnych priestorov pri&#357;ahuje &#271;al&scaron;ie tekutiny, &#269;o sa m&ocirc;&#382;e zhor&scaron;i&#357; zablokovan&iacute;m ven&oacute;zneho prietoku krvi a zv&yacute;&scaron;en&iacute;m kapil&aacute;rneho tlaku. Tento typ v&yacute;potku, zn&aacute;my ako exsud&aacute;t, obsahuje aj vysok&eacute; hladiny prote&iacute;nov, ktor&eacute; sa podie&#318;aj&uacute; na z&aacute;pale, imunitn&yacute;ch reakci&aacute;ch a zr&aacute;&#382;an&iacute; krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T&aacute;to tekutina obsahuje aj ve&#318;k&yacute; po&#269;et <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Neutrofiln&iacute; granulocyt (zkr&aacute;cen&#283; neutrofil) je z&aacute;stupcem bun&#283;&#269;n&eacute; &#269;&aacute;sti p&#345;irozen&eacute; imunity a tak&eacute; nejpo&#269;etn&#283;j&scaron;&iacute;m leukocytem cirkuluj&iacute;c&iacute;m v krvi &#269;lov&#283;ka nebo my&scaron;&iacute;. Neutrofily p&#345;edstavuj&iacute; jedny z hlavn&iacute;ch efektorov&yacute;ch bun&#283;k pod&iacute;lej&iacute;c&iacute;ch se na akutn&iacute; f&aacute;zi z&aacute;n&#283;tu a eliminaci patogen&#367; v p&#345;&iacute;pad&#283; bakteri&aacute;ln&iacute; infekce. Hlavn&iacute; chemotaktickou molekulou pro neutrofily je chemokin interleukin 8 (IL-8).N&aacute;zev je odvozen od zbarven&iacute; granul, kter&eacute; jsou v jeho cytoplasm&#283;. Spole&#269;n&#283; s eosinofily a basofily tvo&#345;&iacute; rodinu polymorfonukle&aacute;rn&iacute;ch leukocyt&#367;. Zat&iacute;mco p&#345;i barven&iacute; hematoxylin-eosinem se eozinofiln&iacute; granulocyt barv&iacute; do &#269;ervena a bazofiln&iacute; granulocyt naopak do tmav&#283; modra, cytoplasmatick&eacute; granule neutrofiln&iacute;ch granulocyt&#367; se barv&iacute; neutr&aacute;ln&#283; do r&#367;&#382;ov&eacute;ho odst&iacute;nu.V krevn&iacute; cirkulaci jsou neutrofily schopn&eacute; p&#345;e&#382;it&iacute; a&#382; 5 dn&#367;, p&#345;i vycestov&aacute;n&iacute; do tk&aacute;n&#283; pak doch&aacute;z&iacute; k rapidn&iacute; aktivaci neutrofil&#367; a jejich rychl&eacute;mu odum&iacute;r&aacute;n&iacute;. L. se vyskytuj&iacute; v krvi a v lymfatick&eacute; tk&aacute;ni a d&#283;l&iacute; se na dv&#283; z&aacute;kladn&iacute; skupiny T a B lymfocyty n&#283;kdy se u&#382;&iacute;v&aacute; n&aacute;zvu T a B bu&#328;ky. K funkc&iacute;m T lymfocyt&#367; pat&#345;&iacute; regulace ostatn&iacute;ch bun&#283;k z&uacute;&#269;astn&#283;n&yacute;ch na imunitn&iacute; odpov&#283;di a likvidace choroboplodn&yacute;ch z&aacute;rodk&#367;, pop&#345;. i vlastn&iacute;ch bun&#283;k jimi naka&#382;en&yacute;ch a n&aacute;dor&#367;. B lymfocyty se po setk&aacute;n&iacute; s antigenem a za p&#345;isp&#283;n&iacute; skupiny T lymfocyt&#367; p&#345;em&#283;&#328;uj&iacute; na plasmatick&eacute; bu&#328;ky, kter&eacute; tvo&#345;&iacute; protil&aacute;tky imunoglobuliny. L. p&#345;e&#382;&iacute;vaj&iacute; v organismu dlouhou dobu a tvo&#345;&iacute; tzv. pam&#283;&#357;ov&eacute; bu&#328;ky, kter&eacute; si &amp;quot;pamatuj&iacute;&amp;quot; setk&aacute;n&iacute; s cizorodou l&aacute;tkou antigenem a jsou proti n&iacute; schopny op&#283;t reagovat na tomto principu funguje o&#269;kov&aacute;n&iacute;.
