Should my cat continue to prednisolone with GS?

A cat with FIP should respond very quickly to treatment and no other medication is needed at this time unless clearly indicated. However, prednisolone, or corticosteroids in general, have rules for their discontinuation. Depending on how long they have been given, they cannot be planted immediately. Be sure to consult your veterinarian for the correct procedure.
