Description
Indications HEPA-PET Plus flavored tablets:
- healthy aging animals (from 8-10 years)
- before and after surgery to prevent reperfusion syndrome and tissue hypoxia (caesarean section, ileus, subileus, tumors), in the treatment of non-sterile wounds (ears, anal glands, buccal interventions, abscesses), in the potential occurrence of exo- and endotoxins due to the presence of pathogens or necrosis, especially in young and older animals in poor condition or chronic illness
- acute liver damage (toxic or infectious) - immediately
- chronic liver damage (fibrosis, cirrhosis) - long-term therapy
- liver lipidosis, fatty degeneration of the liver, especially in overweight
- idiopathic liver lipidosis
- hepatic encephalopathy
- ascites - of any origin
- cholestasis
- cholangitis, primary or secondary bile duct inflammation
- poisoning of any origin (acetaminophen / paracetamol)
- long-term medications, especially systemic antifungals, phenobarbital, glucocorticoids
- inflammation of the stomach and intestines, parasitic infections
- stool stasis, constipation (accumulation of ammonia and toxins)
- babesiosis, leischmaniasis, ehrlichiosis.
- diabetes mellitus
- pyometra
Dosage HEPA-PET Plus 250 mg / 30 tbl for cats and small dogs
1 flavored tablet per 3-5 kg live weight. daily
During surgery, start administration 7 days before surgery and continue to remove the sutures. Long-term use: give once a day for 1-2 months, then every other day. The tablet should be taken at least 1 hour before feeding. Most animals take the flavored tablet without any problems. The tablet can also be given in feed.
