So far, the only legally produced GS441524 tablets from Bova. In the Czech Republic, it can be obtained from some veterinarians. The disadvantage is the extremely high price (approximately 1000 CZK/tablet).

- An adequate drinking regimen is important throughout treatment.
- Take the tablets on an empty stomach, with water only, or with a small amount of food. The main meal should be taken no earlier than 30 minutes after taking the tablet.
- If the cat vomits within two hours of administering the tablets, administer the medication again.
- We recommend hepatoprotectives throughout the treatment period!!!

- In ocular and neurological FIP, it is possible to achieve better results (especially with tablets) by dividing the dose into 2 times a day

My cat seems better after 1 week with this medication, 2x 0.5pill per day (50mg BOVA). Now he's on this 20th day, so far he's being his old self, but still have occasional diarrhea once awhile. Pray he gets us soon, but it's sooooo expensive. Most likely will need to move to a cheaper brand.
